Wondering how did Nate and the Rae Studio team meet? We've been a partner of CityFitFest since DAY 1. Here's a recent photo of our in-house Instructors teaching at the last #ALLNESS fit festival featuring our CARDIO JAM SQUAD, Jeremy, Jessica, Kevin, and Tiffany. Now it's our turn to host Nate. We are beyond excited. Grab your virtual friends and family, get ready to be entertained while getting your butt handed to you. ;) ENJOY!

PAST EVENTS/WORKSHOPS
We asked Nate about his experiences with his first spotlight with us! Check out what he has to say here!
Spotlight Recap | Instructor Questions: 1. What were your initial thoughts as you completed this workshop? How do you feel as the instructor/host?
Felt great. Seemed like people were really connecting with it. 2. What did you do/teach differently in this workshop in comparison to your other classes?
My other group classes are usually more exploratory, this one was structured a bit more - sort of workshop / personal training style. ALLNESS focus. 3. What was your most enjoyable moment?
Seeing people make adaptive modifications if they didn't have the equipment. Also Q&A. 4. What are you hoping to share with your students who missed this experience?
I'd like to create an edit of the content to show them a teaser of what they missed and what they can learn in future.
Additional thoughts: I would say that I don't really need music in the future, or can play my own but have it lowkey. I can allow them to play whatever music they want in their background. We can give them a better idea of what class will look like since we have content from it, and also give heads up if equipment needed. I could teach this class again, and evolve it focused on Movement/Mobility/Strength. We could also do a Kettlebell strength class separate. Or specific Mobility class.
